STUDENT COUNCIL NEWS
Welcome to the Franklin Borough School Student
Council. The Student Council is an organization
that represents the interests of the student
body at Franklin. The Student Council is made
up of an Executive Board that is elected every
spring and each homeroom is two representatives
from each homeroom in 5th through 8th
grade. The council holds meetings the
first Thursday of every month.
The Student Council is responsible for hosting a
variety of events throughout the school year
that brings camaraderie and pride to Franklin
School. These opportunities are for the
students to show their school spirit by
participating in fun events such as school
dances and volleyball parties. The Student
Council is also involved in many community
service projects that include a variety of
fundraisers that have helped aid local food
banks and raise money for Franklin School.
